So, you've finally started the university of your dreams. But there's a nasty surprise waiting for you: it's not as easy as you thought! It is the beginning of a nightmare, many falter, have to repeat a year or two or, in the worst cases, even leave the university, unable to resist. Do you want to understand how to do it? Keep reading!
Steps
Step 1. Buy the books in advance
It will be very useful, both from an economic point of view (if you buy them before they could be cheaper) and from an academic point of view (by buying them first, you will be able to know in advance the subjects being studied).
Step 2. Study the subjects daily
Understand which subjects are the hardest, which take the longest. Make a clear assessment of which subjects can be studied in the 5-6 days leading up to the exams.
Step 3. Tackle the hardest subjects first, remembering that doing so will help you understand them better
From my experience, I can say that the harder subjects take longer to understand - but it's worth the effort, considering the future results!
Step 4. Don't think that you can only go through 3-4 subjects per semester
If you enter the vicious circle of back issues, it will be difficult to get out of it.
Step 5. Remember that all subjects are equally important
Well, it goes without saying. But many people often spend too much time on one subject and too little on others. For example mechanics, mathematics, etc. This is the wrong strategy! Spending too much or too little time on a subject is equally wrong.
Step 6. Try to study a good portion of at least 3 subjects before the exam period
Believe me, the pressure you will have afterwards will be enormous. You cannot study all subjects from scratch a few days before exams. After all, the exam period lasts only a month, more or less.
Step 7. Finally, trust yourself
There is a slight difference between taking 17 and taking 18: with a little more effort, anyone can do it!
