Steps
Step 1. Types of Angels card decks
There are numerous decks by various authors and can be purchased in bookstores, new age / spirituality stores or online. Some decks are made up of cards that have full angelic messages, others only have a short sentence on the cards, but they provide a guide book that expands their full meaning.
Step 2. Choose a deck you are naturally drawn to - your instincts will tell you which one is right for you
If you shop at a local store, ask the owner if he has any decks already open that you can look at to get an idea. If you shop online, check if there are pictures of some of the cards and also testimonials from those who have already bought the cards. Any good online store will have a form to submit to ask any questions.
Step 3. Learn the Angel Cards and try to tune into the deck
Some decks come with a guide book, including instructions on the approach to take to work with the Angel cards. Step 4. Take a quiet moment in solitude and open the deck

- When doing a reading for someone else, dedicate the cards to the person you are doing the reading for. - Shuffle the cards of the Angels until you feel guided to stop, then choose the first card indicated by your instinct. You will be able to choose just one card or continue taking a three-card read in the same way. Whatever you feel is correct will be absolutely correct for your Angels.
- Study the messages on each card. You may wish to absorb or convey the exact wording that the creator of the cards wrote, or add your own interpretation to the meaning, depending on how confident you feel. Try to trust your intuition when reading - your first instinct will surely be the right one.
