The Canon PIXMA MX410 is a wireless multifunction printer with the ability to send faxes. You can send them from the Canon MX410 after enabling the printer to fax mode.
Steps
Step 1. Start your Canon MX410 printer
Step 2. Press the “Fax” button
The printer will now enter Fax standby mode.
Step 3. Place the documents to be faxed on the glass on top of the printer, face up
Step 4. Press the “Fax Quality” button
The “Scanner Contrast” menu will appear on the screen.
Step 5. Press right or left to choose the desired contrast, then press “OK”
Step 6. Press the left or right buttons to select the desired resolution
You can choose between “Standard” for text-only documents, “High” or “Very high” for processed documents, or “Photo” for faxing photographs.
Step 7. Press “OK”
The printer will return to Fax standby mode.
Step 8. Enter the recipient's fax number using the numeric keypad of your Canon MX410 printer
Step 9. Press one of the following buttons to send the fax:
- “Color”, to send the fax in color.
- “Black”, to send in black and white.
