If a big event awaits you tomorrow and you don't want to ruin your hair with the heat of a blow-dry, you can try these methods for creating curls and waves: they take very little time to prepare and work overnight, so does yours. fatigue will be very minimal. Here are some simple hairstyles you can do at night to get gorgeous curls without having to use heat.
Steps
Method 1 of 4: Braiding the Hair
Step 1. Divide the hair into sections
You can do as many braids as you want - the less you do, the bigger the curls will be. Then decide how many to do based on the size of the curls you want to achieve.
Step 2. Braid the sections of the hair
To do this, just divide the part to be woven into three strands, bring the right one over the central one and repeat the operation with the left one. Continue until you get to the bottom of the lock, alternating the right and left sections. Tie the end with a rubber band.
Step 3. Go to sleep
Upon awakening, remove the rubber bands from all braids.
Step 4. Run your fingers through the hair to shape the curls
Set your hairstyle with some hair spray.
Method 2 of 4: French Braiding Hair
Step 1. Divide the hair into two parts
It is generally best to do a parting in the middle, but if you have a natural one near the center, it can work just as well.
Step 2. Create a French braid on one side
To do this, just start by taking a section of hair from the top of your head. Divide it into three parts and start braiding it as you would for a normal braid; unlike this one, at each step you will have to add a lock of hair on each side. Continue until all the hair is braided. Finally tie the braid with a rubber band.
This system will give you straight hair on the top half of your head and curly on the bottom
Step 3. Repeat the same operation on the opposite side
You will then have two French braids, one on each side of the head.
Step 4. Go to sleep
Upon awakening, undo your braids.
Step 5. Run your fingers through your hair
Only the bottom will be curled. Fix your hairstyle with a spray.
Method 3 of 4: Twist the Hair
Step 1. Moisten your hair and divide it into two parts
Sections need to be regular and parted appropriately for your cut, so start by considering how to separate them so they fit your hairstyle.
Part your hair following the central parting. However, in case you have the side parting, it makes sense to follow it
Step 2. Twist and pin one side
Take a section of hair and twist it repeatedly until you twist it very tightly (but stop if the section begins to rotate on itself, you don't have to form a bun). Secure the twisted lock at the top of your head with a hair clip.
Repeat the same process on the other side. Make sure that both sides are properly and comfortably attached, as you will need to sleep with the clasps.
Step 1. Go to sleep with your hair curled
When you wake up, remove the clips and run your fingers through your hair. Set the waves by spraying the hair spray.
Method 4 of 4: Forming Small Buns with Hair
Step 1. Take a strand of hair and twist it
This step is similar to the third method: take a section of hair and twist it repeatedly with your hand until it wraps around itself forming a small bun.
Keep in mind that if you want to get tighter and smaller curls, you will need to divide your hair into several parts. The greater the number of strands, the smaller the curls will be
Step 2. Secure the bun
To do this, you can use any type of elastic or hair clip.
- Remember that you will go to bed with the clips, so try to secure them so that they allow you to sleep comfortably.
- If the clips bother you too much, you can secure the buns with rubber bands or use two bobby pins attached to X at the base of each bun.
Step 3. Repeat the previous step
Twist the little buns all around your head, making sure to use all of your hair.
Step 4. Go to sleep like this
Upon awakening, undo all the buns.
Step 5. Run your fingers through your hair
This method makes the hair very curly, even frizzy. To avoid this, apply a smoothing serum the night before.
