The hibiscus flower is a well-known image that can be associated with the world of surfing and the paradisiacal Hawaiian beaches. Colorful and fragrant, as well as in herbal preparations, hibiscus is used to decorate fabrics and embellish paintings. Method 1 of 2: Simple Hibiscus Flower
Step 1. Start by sketching a small circular shape
Step 2. Add 5 petals around the circle
Step 3. Draw a vertical, curved line, facing up, starting from the small circle
Step 4. Add the basic details of the flower
Step 5. Clear the guidelines and continue adding more details
Step 6. Color your drawing
Method 2 of 2: Classic Hibiscus Flower
Step 1. Draw an elongated oblique shape, similar to a tear, starting from the upper right corner
Step 2. Look at the image carefully and outline the design with numerous curved lines, creating shapes similar to the letters M and N
As you can see, some curves will need to be sharper than others.
Step 3. Look at the image again and, starting from one of the colored points, extend the lines drawn previously outwards, then curve them and join them to the second point of the corresponding color
Repeat for each of the three colors.
Step 4. Draw five small circles in the upper right corner of the design, at the tip of the figure created in the first step
Step 5. Color your drawing
Use a combination of two colors, such as white for the flower and red or blue for the background.
