Everyone likes pudding, but not everyone knows how to make it. This article will tell you how.
Ingrediants
- 1 box of Jell-O (instant gelatin preparation)
- 500 ml of milk
- Strawberries (optional)
- Banana (optional)
- Whipped cream (optional)
Steps
Step 1. Purchase a pack of Jell-O online
Jell-O is an American brand specializing in instant jellies and puddings. You can choose between different flavors; the most suitable for preparing a jelly pudding are chocolate, vanilla and banana. Alternatively, you can look for a gelatin mix at the supermarket.
Step 2. Pour half a liter of milk into a medium-sized saucepan
Add the gelatin mix as you mix.
Step 3. Heat the milk to bring it to a boil
Stir it constantly until it boils, then remove the pot from the heat.
Step 4. Pour the pudding into a bowl and refrigerate for 5 minutes
It may seem too liquid, but fear not: it will thicken as it cools.
Step 5. After 5 minutes, test its consistency
Place a teaspoon in the pudding in the center of the bowl. If it's still not thick enough, leave it in the refrigerator for a while longer.
Step 6. When the pudding is the right consistency, remove it from the refrigerator and mix it
You can enrich it as you like with the ingredients you prefer, for example with pieces of fresh fruit (bananas, strawberries, etc.).
Step 7. Spread the pudding into individual bowls
Step 8. Decorate it to taste
For example, you can add whipped cream, colored sprinkles or coconut flakes.
Step 9. Serve and enjoy your jelly pudding
