Prezi is a web application for creating presentations consisting of text, images and videos. Prezi differs from traditional presentation software by using a single canvas and frame instead of conventional slides. This allows you to create dynamic and non-linear presentations. This article will walk you through the process of editing a presentation using Prezi offline.
Steps

Step 1. Go to the Prezi Desktop website and click the "Install Now" button to download the Prezi desktop software
Note: Prezi Desktop software is only available to Prezi Pro or Edu Pro licensed users.

Step 2. Double-click the downloaded file and follow the on-screen instructions to install the software on Adobe Air

Step 3. Activate the Prezi Desktop software by logging in with the email and password associated with your account

Step 4. Go to your Prezi page and log in using the email and password associated with your Prezi.com account

Step 5. Click on the Prezi presentation you want to edit offline with Prezi Desktop

Step 6. Click the "Download" button from the toolbar on the right side of Prezi

Step 7. Select the "Download Prezi Desktop" option and click the "Download" button

Step 8. Click the "click this link to download" link to download Prezi as a ".pez" file

Step 9. Click on the "File" menu, then "Open" from the context menu in Prezi Desktop

Step 10. Select the downloaded ".pez" file and double click on it to open it
You can now edit and publish your Prezi presentation offline using the Prezi Desktop software.
