Did anyone bother you at school? Did you almost have a physical fight? Have you ever fought at school? Here are the tips you need to get out of a school scuffle!
Steps
Method 1 of 3: Start of the fight
Step 1. If your opponent decides to get serious, let him start, not you
If you are attacked, you have the right to defend yourself.
Step 2. If someone starts a fight and you don't want to fight back, then yell as loud as you can “Fire
Or try to ask the nearest adult for help.
Step 3. If your opponent refuses to throw the first punch, then step aside
Starting a fight at school will lead to you being punished, suspended or expelled.
Method 2 of 3: Doing a Barrel
Step 1. Make sure you have a good balance, if you falter you are probably not very stable
Keep your feet slightly wider than your shoulders, keep your wrists higher than your eyes and in front of your face. If a side punch comes then protect your ears with your hands and leave your elbows to protect your face.
Step 2. Knees or elbows are probably the most effective weapons for winning
A kick on the knee, back of the knee, or calf should at least give you time to escape.
-
Once the opponent is on the ground, hold him still until he gives up or he is too weak to keep fighting.
Step 3. Don't be afraid to cash out a lot or even all the time
This way your opponent will get tired and you will have a better chance of running away or even fighting back.
Step 4. Don't yell or insult your opponent as you fight
Opening your mouth will only provide a target for a punch in the face, which could knock you out or even break your jaw!
Step 5. If you are a girl, DO NOT pull your hair unless your opponent does it first, so you won't be taken for a sissy
Step 6. Don't underestimate the kicks
Many girls don't kick when they fight. Yet it's a great way to win!
Step 7. In case everyone is against you, you need to stay calm
Don't show anger. When you start fighting, use your anger against your opponents.
Step 8. If you and your opponent are turned on your side, use your fist and hit him on the side of his head or use your hand to push his head down and be stable enough to knock him down
Step 9. If your opponent is down, don't let him stand up unless he has given up
It will start hitting you again if you give it a chance to get up. Block him on the ground and don't stop hitting him (stop if you risk seriously injuring him !!!).
Step 10. If you are down, block your opponent's punches
In case his punches are weak enough to handle them, try to to react.
Method 3 of 3: If …
Step 1. If your opponent is bigger than you, then don't be afraid to hit the weak spots or low parts
Many males turn to the side during a kick in the private parts, so if your opponent is a male, aim your toe towards the area between his navel and groin. There is a circular zone of pressure points that will knock out your opponent.
Step 2. If your opponent threatens your life or tries to choke you, then react with all the strength you have, especially with elbows, kicks, pressure point hits or delicate parts in order to weaken him enough to escape
It is your right to defend yourself in case your life is in danger; if this happens, tell the adults responsible for the punishment, they will be more lenient with you in case you are in danger of life.
Step 3. If you are in the minority, run as fast as you can in a crowded classroom or even the secretariat
Don't try to take on multiple opponents at once, as this is likely not going to turn out well.
Advice

- Always protect your face. Keep your dominant hand as close to your face as possible.

- Make sure you never fight in places without witnesses, or if you lose and are seriously injured, no one will be able to help you or seek help.
- Don't provoke someone and don't bully. React only in case there is no alternative, but don't be the one to start.
- If you intend to take down your opponent, tripping is the best strategy. However, it would be better to try only if the opponent is already weakened or if you have experience in this "activity".
- A good combination is left lunge, left lunge, right, left hook. You probably won't knock him out, but remember he's not a punching bag.
- There are no rules in a fight. It targets the jugular, pressure points, temples, between the eyes, kidneys, groin and the back of the neck. Don't be afraid to pull your hair, bite or use 'low' strokes. Stand up and be very present and focused.
- It is better not to fight at school, so if he doesn't deserve your time, tell him to meet you in a public place like a park or a parking lot at a certain time and fight there.
- If you are big and fat, you don't necessarily have to win. The little ones are very agile and fast, they may surprise you.
