If you want to get in touch with the spirit world, you need to be prepared. First of all, protect yourself psychically by strengthening your mind against negative energies. If necessary, burn sage incense to protect your home from evil spirits. Once ready, try to contact the spirit world using a divination pendulum or ouija board. Keep the pendulum on a flat surface, then watch the way it moves to answer "yes" and "no". Alternatively, you can use an ouija board to get answers to more complex questions. Method 1 of 3: Start the Session
Step 1. Protect yourself psychically

Method 3 of 3: Using a Ouija Board
