This article is useful for people who suffer from ear infections and who would like at all costs to remove dirt from their ears regularly to relieve pain or pressure, rather than letting an ENT do it sporadically. If the ears are clean and dry, infections will be reduced. Use this method only if the other (medical) methods don't work. Doctors usually forbid inserting anything inside the ears. Be gentle!
Steps
Step 1. Take some cotton wool and form a 3 x 3 cm piece
Step 2. Place a cotton swab on the piece of batting so that the tip of the tip is approximately in the center of the piece of batting
The stick must be placed in the same direction as the piece of batting.
Step 3. Wrap the cotton around the stick
Make sure the wadding is firmly attached to the stick.
Step 4. Make sure the cotton is wrapped tightly so that it doesn't leave any residue in your ears
Step 5. Hold your ear with one hand and tilt the wrist of the other hand near your face to stabilize your hand, carefully insert the wrapped piece of cotton wool into your ear
Step 6. Remove it immediately as soon as you feel it touch the wet wax
Do not force the cotton into the ear too much to avoid pushing the wax deeply. When you take the stick out, the tip will be covered with a green liquid.
Step 7. Continue cleaning your ears in this way until you feel better
Always be patient and cautious otherwise you could damage your eardrum. This method is gentle and reaches deep into the ear canal.

- You have to wrap the cotton around the stick well to prevent it from freeing inside the ear. If you can't wrap it well, don't risk it. Try again with another piece of cotton wool.
- Better if someone does it for you.
