Steps
Method 1 of 4: Sign up for PayPal
Step 1. Click the "Login" button on the PayPal website

PayPal will prompt you to choose between these two options. A personal account is suitable for online shopping and exchanging money between family and friends. Method 4 of 4: Troubleshoot Your PayPal Account
Step 1. Contact PayPal if your account is locked
If you receive the account blocking message, please call PayPal customer service or send an email. Log into your account before contacting support to speed up the process. Be prepared to provide the phone number, email address, and card or bank statement linked to your account so that PayPal staff can confirm that you are the legitimate owner of the profile.

Step 2. Check that you have entered the card correctly if your payment has been declined

- The buyer claims that he cannot meet you in person and that he cannot speak to you on the phone;
- The buyer offers you more money than you asked for;
- The buyer asks you to send the item or money to a shipping company, through Western Union or MoneyGram.
Step 6. Recognize and report fake PayPal emails
If you receive an email that appears to be from PayPal, please check it carefully before clicking on the links. If the email tells you that you have received a payment, check your account to see if the money has actually been transferred. If so, the payment and email are legitimate.
