WRF files are audio / video files created using the WebEx Recorder program and can be played on any computer. This article explains how to play a WRF file on Windows or Mac using the WeBex Player program produced by Cisco.
Steps
Step 1. Visit https://www.webex.com/video-recording.html using your preferred internet browser
WeBex Recorder is a program created by Cisco that allows you to record video conferences or business meetings. If you have (or have been sent) a file in WRF format related to a meeting, you can watch it using the free WeBex Player program produced by Cisco itself.
Step 2. Scroll the page that appeared and click on the Windows link or macOS displayed in the "WRF" section.
It is located at the top of the central column of the table. The program installation file will be downloaded to your computer.
You may need to select a destination folder or click the button Save to start the download.

If you are using a PC, follow the instructions that will be given to you by the installation wizard. If you are using a Mac, drag the WeBex Player app icon into the folder Applications.

The corresponding icon will be visible in the Windows "Start" menu or in the "Applications" folder on Mac.
Step 6. Click on the icon depicting an open folder
