You've had a long day or been through a stressful situation and your head is tired and overloaded with thoughts. Here are some tips to relax and clear your mind without resorting to the use of drugs or other systems.
Steps
Step 1. Try to find an outdoor spot where you can get some fresh air
It is essential to breathe some fresh air. It can be a balcony, a field, a park, or any place where you can be alone.
Step 2. Close your eyes and inhale, holding the air for 5 seconds
Slowly exhale for another 5 seconds. Repeat 5 times.
Step 3. Think of a place that makes you happy and that you associate with positive memories
Step 4. Imagine you are in that place and start remembering the moments you were there and what you experienced
Step 5. Open your eyes and continue pretending to be there
Focus only on the positive aspects of life.
Step 6. If possible, repeat the breathing session 2 or 3 times, imagining that you are breathing in the positive energy that is around you
Step 7. Your body should now be relaxed
Method 1 of 1: Free Your Mind
Step 1. Close your eyes again and imagine a sphere of light above your head
Step 2. Focus on that light and imagine entering the sphere
It is warm and pleasant.
Step 3. There is nothing but that light
Do not think about anything. Only in the light.
Step 4. Start doing another 3 sets of breaths and imagine the light filling your body
Step 5. Repeat until you feel better
