If you want to stuff your bra, you don't have to be ashamed of it. Making your breasts look bigger is easier, and less expensive than surgery. Furthermore, this method has the added benefit of versatility: one day you can have visibly small breasts, but to go around clubs you can enlarge them and make them more prosperous. From classic toilet paper to the most elaborate silicone pads, the choice of materials is wide. Experiment with the padding and sizes that are right for you: you will end up with a more sensual silhouette, all to show off.
Steps
Method 1 of 4: Stuff it with Socks
Step 1. Put on your bra
You should choose a slightly padded one to hide the extra cushion.
- It is also advisable to wear the top while padding the bra, so you can adjust it accordingly.
- Taking into consideration the size you want to achieve, it may be necessary to use a bra that is 2-3 cups larger than what you usually wear.
Step 2. Push your breasts up after inserting them into the cups
Put one hand in the bra and gently grab the chest fabric with the hollow hand; move each breast up and center. This creates the neckline that will be supported by the socks.
Step 3. Choose your socks
The thickness and size of the socks depend on the bra size you intend to recreate.
- For an explosive result, use thick socks. It is an ideal method for going to a party or creating a plunging neckline.
- For a discreet result, try using transparent socks. This method is preferable for everyday use, formal occasions or curvy dresses that require slightly larger breasts.
- Whatever thickness you choose, try to use soft socks to avoid irritation.
Step 4. Fold the socks
Again, the mode depends on the size you are aiming for. In principle, the sock should only be folded on itself once.
- Fold the sock in half, with the heel in the center.
- Insert the toe into the top opening of the sock so that the crease is the right size to fit the bottom of the bra cup.
- Arrange the fold so that it is flat.
Step 5. Insert a folded sock into each cup of the bra
The sock should rest on the bottom of the cup, where the bra is already padded.
The heel should be in the lower corner of the cup, towards the armpit
Step 6. Mirror yourself
Make sure both sides are even. Adjust the position of the socks if necessary.
Method 2 of 4: Double Bra
Step 1. Put on a strapless bra
It is best to use one with molded cups and padding.
If you don't have a strapless bra, you can use a classic one
Step 2. Wear a bra with straps over the one you don't have
To maximize the effect, this second bra should also feature pre-shaped cups and padding.
You may need to adjust the back closure of the second bra to be a little looser than usual and fit the first
Step 3. Create an X on the back for a full neckline
Straps that cross over the back tend to pull the breasts closer together, creating a more prosperous neckline. You can transform the bra to have this feature by grabbing the straps on the shoulder blades and joining them with a paper clip or safety pin.
Method 3 of 4: Using Professional Pads
Step 1. Buy a couple of pads
Those made of silicone or sponge are the most common. Choosing the right product for you depends on your bra size and the shape you want to achieve.
- The silicone pads are easy to use, naturally flexible and soft to the touch, especially useful for creating a high and full neckline.
- Terry pads are preferable for smaller cups.
Step 2. Put on your bra
Use a padded bra to minimize lines around the materials you've added.
Step 3. For added security, attach the pad to the bra
To make sure everything stays in place, just add a piece or two of adhesive between the pad and the bra.
Use double-sided tape designed specifically for textiles. It can be safely removed without damaging delicate fabrics
Step 4. Adjust the straps and back closure
You may need to loosen some stitches to accommodate the padding.
Method 4 of 4: Use Tissues or Toilet Paper
Step 1. Put on your bra
Using one with molded cups and padding helps you hide additional materials.
Step 2. Tear off a piece of handkerchief or toilet paper
It should be twice the size of the bra cup.
Step 3. Fold the handkerchief in half
The size of the folded piece should be roughly the same as that of the bra cup.
If it's too big, some parts will pop up and betray you. Cut it lightly on the ends
Step 4. Put the handkerchief, which is now square in shape, into the bra, fitting it snugly inside the cup
Repeat this step on the other side.
- Use a handkerchief per cup. If you add more, chances are they will pile up and ruin the silhouette.
- If you're not happy with the result, try adding thicker handkerchiefs or three- or four-ply toilet paper.
Step 5. Mirror yourself and make sure the result is symmetrical
If the result is uneven, start over and repeat with a clean handkerchief
Step 6. Use this method for emergency padding only
Handkerchiefs or toilet paper are not the most suitable materials, since they absorb and retain sweat; humidity will therefore make it lose its shape and cause some discomfort. However, it is a useful strategy when you have nothing else at hand.
Advice
- If necessary, loosen the straps and the back closure of the bra. Don't let the padding put unnecessary tension on the garment. Bras are made of delicate materials that can deform in case of abuse.
- Gradually increase the size. Going from an A cup to a D cup in one day is all too obvious. Use the same amount of toilet paper every day, and then add more once a month to enlarge your breasts.
- Clothes can also enhance the breasts. Go for V-necks, sweetheart necklines, or those featuring ruffles and layers. Remember that straight, horizontal, or pleated necklines along the sides of the chest flatten it - avoid them if possible.
