You shouldn't have to pay for Instagram followers. Having said that, it is necessary to put in place quite simple procedures to win a good slice of the public, such as posting often, getting in touch with other users, offering unique and varied content … Even tagging posts and linking the profile to other social accounts network can help you get more followers.
Steps
Part 1 of 2: General Tips
Step 1. Write a detailed description
You can customize and update your information by tapping Edit Profile when logged into your account. A career profile should include the following information:
- A link to your website (or an account of another social network you are active on).
- A description of the content you intend to offer.
- An easily memorable name that adequately summarizes the content you offer.
Step 2. Connect other accounts to Instagram
You can do this from the Linked Accounts section, found in the application settings menu. Connecting the accounts you already have will allow you to spread the contents on other platforms, thus increasing the visits to your profile.
Step 3. Choose your profile theme
If your account doesn't have an overall goal, both you and your followers will soon feel confused and / or distracted. You are certainly free to think about your own theme, but you can also choose an easy topic like:
- Kitchen.
- Life in the open air.
- Urban exploration.
- Fitness.
Step 4. Post content often
In theory, you should post once a day, every day. You can keep followers' attention by doing the following:
- Varying the contents (but not the theme).
- By posting dynamic content (you can use Boomerang or make videos).
- Posting at strategic times, for example around 11 in the morning or early afternoon.
Step 5. Interact with other accounts
Following other users, indicating that you like their posts or commenting on them is an easy way to gain followers, and in the meantime you will build relationships.
Step 6. Listen to the feedback left by other users
Once you've gotten a decent number of followers, some will likely have requests for you. If you read their opinions and find them appropriate for your account, you could use them to enrich the content: the more satisfied the followers are, the more they will want to continue following you.
Part 2 of 2: Using Common Hashtags
Step 1. Find out how hashtags are used
Hashtags make sure your content can be found by people looking for specific tags.
Using tags is also effective for expanding your presence in the Instagram community
Step 2. Take a look at the most frequently used hashtags
In theory, you should add 10-20 to your photos: this will increase the visibility of the content, gaining other followers.
Instagram doesn't approve of deceptive tags, so you can't add popular but irrelevant tags to your content
Step 3. Create content based on "hot" tags
Since you can't use fake tags, create relevant content.
For example, if the hashtag "#love" is trending, you could take a suitable photo and include this tag in the description
Step 4. Add hashtags to photos
You can do this just before posting a photo or editing those already uploaded.
