Cell phones are very complicated tools to use, especially if you don't know how to do it correctly. However, by following the steps in this guide, you will learn how to turn on your cell phone, make a call and even check your voicemail!
Steps
Step 1. Most cell phones turn on the same way
The only thing you need to do is to hold down the "End Call" button for a few seconds. Your mobile will start the boot phase in a few moments.
Step 2. If you have a Nokia phone, note that it has a large button at the top that works the same way
Either way, look for any button that has a circle with a vertical line inside it. This is the button known as the "Power" button.
Step 3. The next step is to make a call
There are two methods to do this:
- When on the main phone screen, simply type in the number you want to call and press the button to make the call.
- If you have already stored the number to call in the device, access the phone book, select the contact to call, press the OK button and finally press the button to make the call.
Step 4. If for any reason you are unable to answer an incoming call, you will find a message on the screen saying "Missed call" or "Missed call"
Sometimes the person who contacted you may have left you a message on the answering machine, even in this case you will find on the screen a message confirming this circumstance, instructing you to access the answering machine or showing a similar phrase. By pressing the OK button, you will be directed directly to your answering machine and all you have to do to listen to the message recorded by your interlocutor is to follow the instructions of the automatic responder. However, it may happen that you delete the message that appears on the screen and lose the ability to access the answering machine directly. In this case, simply enter the "Messages" section of the menu and scroll through the list until you find the one received from the answering machine. Select it and press the OK button. You should be communicating with your answering machine. At this point, proceed following the instructions described in the previous step.
Step 5. Now you know all the basic functions needed to use a mobile phone
