Squid can be prepared in many ways. If you want a crunchy appetizer or snack, fry squid. Try your hand at preparing a second course based on squid steaks. If you brown them in a little oil and add some spices, you can season them with pasta or rice. If you cook them on the grill you can serve a great dish to enjoy outdoors. To make them easier to prepare, buy them already clean.
