Do you want to feel nice when you are at school? Prepare your clothes to wear the night before, set your alarm early and get ready to be beautiful!
Steps
Step 1. Wake up at least an hour before you need to leave the house
It's okay sooner too, just make sure you go to bed early enough or you'll be too tired to do anything. In addition to this, fatigue makes us ugly. Sleeping too little will cause you to have dark circles. As soon as you wake up, do the usual things, drink and have breakfast.
Step 2. Take a shower
Wash thoroughly, shampoo at least 3-4 times in a week and use conditioner at least a couple of these. Use a shower gel to have a body that tastes fresh. Get out of the shower and dry yourself, but leave your skin a little damp.
Step 3. Use body lotion
Make sure you use enough and apply it by gently massaging your skin.
Step 4. Put on a bathrobe or stay wrapped in a towel
Adjust your eyebrows with tweezers if necessary, apply a moisturizer to your face, file your nails if they are broken or bumpy, and if you have enough time, you could even go over your nail polish.
Step 5. It's time for the trick
For school, just put on a light coat of your favorite eyeshadow (use soft colors to avoid looking like a clown: gold, bronze, caramel etc) and about 3 coats of mascara (if necessary, crease the lashes with a crease. eyelashes BEFORE applying mascara). Lighten your skin a little with foundation and use a powder on your face to avoid shiny skin. This makeup, although light, will give you a fresh and natural look. Don't forget the lip gloss, use a nice pink or something light to add some shine to your face.
Step 6. Think about what you are going to do with your hair

If your hair is still wet after a shower, you can dry it with a towel or blow dryer.
If you choose a hair dryer, leave them a little damp so the heat doesn't spoil them
- Getting your hair straightener is a nice way to get a little more chic look. It's a quick and easy process, but don't do it every day or your hair will suffer. Remember to use an anti-heat spray to protect your hair from the straightener (make sure your hair is completely dry !!)
- The gathered hair is cute, as are the braids.
- Tails are also ok, since they help highlight your beautiful face.
Step 7. Time to get dressed
Put on deodorant and use a body spray. Get the clothes you chose the night before. Clothes should be clean, and any wrinkles should be ironed out if you want to look clean and presentable. If you wear open shoes, make sure your toenails aren't too long or dirty, and if you have time, put on a nail polish the color of your shoes! Try new styles, be creative!
Step 8. Avoid cereals full of sugar and chocolate
Choose natural cereals and fruit as an accompaniment. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, don't skip it to lose weight! In practice, you would end up getting the opposite effect. Breakfast sets your metabolism in motion and gives you energy to face the day!
Step 9. Brush your teeth with good toothpaste, use mouthwash and floss
Always carry mints or mint gums with you! Put your perfume on and check yourself in the mirror before you go out! Make sure you have all the books and everything you need in your backpack. Now you are ready!
Advice
- Don't slouch (especially if you are very tall or very short). Such a posture can cause problems with the spine. If you are short, the correct posture will make you look taller and more confident, while dangling will only make you look even shorter! If you are tall and avoid moving like that, you will seem more confident and people will notice it, while dangling you would just look weird.
- You smile! Feel confident and aware of your beauty!
- ALWAYS have breakfast.
- Always keep a brush or comb in your bag, in case your hair needs to be fixed during the day.
- Don't wear dark makeup, what you want is for your face to appear natural!
- Bring a hand mirror and lip balm or lip gloss with you, as well as mints or peppermint gums! During the day, drink plenty of water to keep your skin healthy, and use the bathroom visits to check if your make-up and hair are still okay, to touch up your lips or to get some mints!
- Try a scented shampoo.
- You can be nice in uniform too, if your school allows for it. Iron what needs to be ironed and remember that it should NEVER be dirty. If you particularly like one of the items in your uniform, don't always wear the same one for more than a couple of days, buy another one so that it always looks fresh and clean.
- Never wear worn and dirty shoes. Polish them in the evening before wearing them, but not so much that they shine.
- If you wear the uniform, try to make it a little more lively with some accessories such as a scarf, necklaces etc.
Warnings
- Don't go overboard with your makeup! You have to look natural, not tacky!
- Make sure the clothes comply with your school's dress code, if you have one.
- Adapt your routine, wake up earlier to have more time! Don't be late to school. If you impose a routine on yourself, no matter how long it starts at first, sooner or later you will be able to follow it out of habit.
- Waking up early does NOT mean getting less sleep to make you beautiful in the morning. Get enough sleep so you can get through the day! Go to sleep at 9-9:30 pm and wake up at least an hour before you have to leave. If you're going to do something special with your makeup or hair, wake up even earlier!
- Do not follow the various hair tips in this guide if you have very rough and dry hair, you will end up damaging it.
