Advice

  • You can add a couple of drops of blue food coloring to give your wrap the right look. It is also advisable to label it, to prevent someone ingesting it by mistake.
  • Use two bags, one inside the other, to prevent leaks. In this way the pack lasts even longer.
  • When you have filled the bag, make sure you have not put in too much solution, to prevent it from bursting when you squeeze it.

Warnings

  • Do not apply it directly to the skin as it may damage it. Interpose a fabric.
  • Do not heat this compress. It is designed only for cold therapy and could release toxic vapors if you heat it.
