- Milk

Steps
Step 1. Preheat the pan over medium heat
Step 2. Break 3 eggs into a bowl
Step 3. Add 1 tablespoon of milk to the eggs
Don't add more or your omelette will burn and spoil. Milk will make your omelette good, light and fluffy.
Step 4. Put some salt in the preparation
This will add flavor to the omelet.
Step 5. Chop the vegetables you want to add (optional)
Step 6. Beat the eggs with a fork
Make sure you see lots of bubbles!
Step 7. Pour olive oil into the pan
Rotate it to completely grease it all.
Step 8. Add the mixture to the pan

Keep moving it around the pan so it doesn't stick.
Step 13. Remove the omelette from the pan and place it on a plate
Let it rest for about 2 minutes, then serve it.
