All you need is an egg and a few ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry. Read on to get started.

- 80 ml of water
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon of salt
Steps
Step 1. To start making the pasta, mix the wet ingredients - 1 egg and 80ml water - in a medium bowl
Step 2. In a separate bowl, lightly mix the dry ingredients, ie 2 cups of flour and ½ teaspoon of salt
Step 3. Mix the wet and dry ingredients
Make a small hole in the center of the dry ingredients, slowly pour in the wet ones and mix them.
This part of the process is delicate. If the mixture is too dry, add a teaspoon of water at a time until you can easily form a ball of dough
Step 4. Sprinkle some flour on a cutting board or other surface and lay the dough on it
Work it until it becomes elastic. Cut it into 2 balls of equal size and cover them with a damp cloth for at least 10 minutes.
Step 5. Flatten the dough and cut it into sheets
Cut each ball into 4 equal-sized pieces, then roll them into a flat, oval shape. For standard-sized wontons, cut out sheets about 9 cm from each oval. Use the pasta to make wontons. Lightly flour the sheets so that they become adhesive with the addition of water and / or put them in the fridge to make them compact.
