Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin that supports neurons and red blood cells and is also a necessary factor in the creation of DNA. It is found in meat, seafood, eggs and dairy products. Steps
Step 1. Wash your hands thoroughly with antibacterial soap
Step 2. Put on plastic gloves
Step 3. Determine where to inject
Vitamin B12 must be injected into the muscles. It is therefore better to give an injection in the arm, thigh or buttocks
Step 4. Massage the desired area with cotton soaked in alcohol
Step 5. Remove the needle shield
Step 6. Hold the syringe between your index and middle fingers
Step 7. Put your thumb on the plunger

Step 8. Pinch the skin of the area to be injected to make it protrude upwards
Step 9. Insert the needle at a 45 degree angle
Step 10. Release the skin
Step 11. Inject the contents of the syringe
Do this slowly to avoid burning the patient.
Step 12. Withdraw the needle when the contents have been completely injected
Step 13. Press the puncture with a cotton ball and apply medical tape
Step 14. Return the syringe to its container
Step 15. Discard it in a sealed plastic container
