This tutorial shows how to recover a 'Master Ball' by playing Ruby pokemon. The steps described in this guide can also be applied to pokemon Sapphire and Emerald.
Steps
Step 1. Head to the city of 'Porto Alghepoli'
Step 2. You will have to go to visit the 'Monte Pira' to witness the theft of the 'Blue Sphere', then you will have to go to 'Porto Selcepoli' to witness the theft of the 'Explorer 1' submarine
Step 3. Head to the 'Rifugio Idro' which is north-east of 'Porto Alghepoli'
To locate and reach it you will need to use the 'Surf' move and follow the north direction.
Step 4. Go through the door, you will find yourself in a room with two white circles
It's about teleportation.
Step 5. Use the circle on the left
Step 6. On the next screen you will see a teleportation circle heading south
Walk to the object and enter it.
Step 7. Now enter the teleport series on the left
In total there are three.
Step 8. When you reach the final teleporter line, take the one on the far left
Step 9. You will reach a room where you will see 4 tools
The two on the right are actually two 'Electrodes', be very careful.
