It takes a lot of time and a lot of material to build a huge house. Read on to learn how to build a very large house!
Steps
Method 1 of 2: Huge House # 1
Step 1. Build the base for the house (approximately 20x30 blocks)
Choose the material for the frame.
Step 2. Build the 10 block high walls
Do this for all the walls in the house.
Step 3. Cover the top with the roof
There are two types of roofs:
- Flat, fixed to the walls.
- Pointed. Gradually raise the blocks on all sides until they meet together. Fill in the remaining space.
Step 4. Build doors in all open spaces to block access to mobs
Double doors look better but are not necessary.
If playing hard mode, build iron doors to prevent zombies from entering
Step 5. Use flashlights to shed light
If you have built a Nether Portal you can use some light peitra.
Step 6. Place torches outside to keep aggressive mobs away
If you wish, you can use a glowing stone or a pumpkin with a candle inside (jack-o-lantern).
Step 7. Make holes in front of the 2x2 house
Fill them with glass. To do this, melt the sand in the furnace.
If you wish, do not fill the holes and shoot the mobs from a distance, aiming from the window of your house
Step 8. Dig the floor and use any block of your choice
You can use bricks or wool, but they are easy to find so use whatever you like. In creative mode, you have some wool on hand, so take advantage of it.
Step 9. Set up a large basket, 2 furnaces, a bed and a table to build
So you will complete the house. You can also build chairs using steps and side tables.
Method 2 of 2: Huge House # 2
Step 1. Build a perimeter of 30 x 30 blocks
Step 2. Build the walls 15 blocks high
Step 3. Build the roof
You can use stairs for a better look but it is not necessary.
Step 4. Build the floor
Use wooden planks and wool rugs.
Step 5. Build double doors
They serve to improve the appearance of the house.
Step 6. Add large windows
Also use small windows for variation.
Step 7. Build as many plans as you want
Step 8. Decorate as you wish
Keep expanding the house as you play.
Advice
- Put lots of lights in the house to see better.
- You can also build a veranda.
- Build a control tower to shoot enemies. After, collect their stuff.
- Try to build a fireplace.
- Before building the house, be sure to flatten the ground if necessary!
- Do not use flammable materials to avoid fire.
- Remove the earth from the house for a more professional look.
- Try to use different boards, stairs, rooms and materials to create a beautiful home and not just a pile of stones.
- If you have the furniture mod, use it to decorate your home.
- You can use the leaves you get using scissors to create bushes around the house.
