This article shows you how to change the Google Chrome configuration settings to allow pop-up windows to appear while browsing the web. Alternatively, you can only allow pop-up windows received from a specific website to be displayed. Both solutions are explored in this guide.
Steps
Method 1 of 2: Enable Pop-up Window Display

Step 1. Launch Google Chrome

Step 2. Press the ⋮ button
It is located in the upper right corner of the program window.

Step 3. Choose the Settings option

Step 4. Scroll to the bottom of the list to locate and select the Advanced item

Step 5. Scroll to Content Settings, then select it with the mouse
It is one of the items at the bottom of the "Privacy and security" section.

Step 6. Locate the Popup option and select it with the mouse

Step 7. Activate the Locked slider moving it to the right
The wording Blocked will be replaced by that Allowed. At this point the pop-up windows will be displayed during normal web browsing using Google Chrome.
You can block the display of pop-up windows received from a specific website by selecting the link add relating to the "Block" section and entering the URL of the website in question.
Method 2 of 2: Enable the Display of Pop-up Windows Received from a Specific Website

Step 1. Launch Google Chrome

Step 2. Press the ⋮ button

Step 3. Choose the Settings option

Step 4. Scroll to the bottom of the list to locate and select the Advanced item

Step 7. Turn off the Allowed slider moving it to the left
The wording Allowed will be replaced by that Blocked.

Step 8. Select the Add link located on the right of the section Allow.

Step 9. Enter a URL
At this point, type in the address of the website from which you wish to receive the pop-up windows.

Step 10. Press the Add button
Now while browsing the web using Google Chrome you will be able to view the pop-up windows received from the website indicated, while all the others will be automatically blocked.
