Sports that involve good aiming require a lot of concentration and training. If you want to make the perfect shot, you need to know exactly where you want to hit and not miss it.
Steps
Step 1. Look directly at the point you would like to hit
Try to concentrate and align your arm with the direction of the gaze.
If you are throwing a sharp object, such as a dart, try to keep the tip in line with the target
Step 2. Stand still
When you take aim, the hand must not tremble; stop for a moment, take a deep breath and try to stay still.
Step 3. Throw in the direction of the target
Make sure you apply the necessary force to reach it but do not overdo it, otherwise you could cause the object you are throwing to follow a wrong path.
Imagine an arc starting from your arm and reaching the target. Try to give the object a certain rotation, in order to maintain the trajectory
Step 4. If you get it wrong, try again
Practice makes perfect; the more you practice, the better you become.
Keep exercising for a couple of hours a day
Step 5. Take note of how close you have come to the target point and try to avoid past mistakes
Advice
- Darts are a great tool for training your aim, as you have to try to throw them right in the center.
- Try to use a small item first and then move on to larger ones.
