When you feel tired and exhausted try to give your body new vigor with palm reflexology. This 10-minute hand treatment will help you feel more relaxed, happy and healthy.
Steps
Step 1. Loosen your hands
Shake them and move your fingers to straighten them.
Step 2. Place the thumb of one hand on the palm of the opposite hand, with the tip pointing towards the little finger
Step 3. Move from the palm of the hand to the tip of the little finger in small swiping motions applying light pressure with the tip of the thumb
Repeat applying medium pressure. Repeat one last time with quite intense pressure.
Step 4. Flip your hand over and, making the same movements with the thumb of the opposite hand, move from the base of the nail to and over the wrist
As before, repeat 3 times.
Step 5. Repeat the entire sequence 4 more times, until all the fingers of the massaged hand are treated
Then repeat the same sequence by reversing your hands to complete your palmar reflexology treatment.
