Steps
Step 1. Choose a pre-treated and pasteurized cheese

All you have to do is beat the eggs a little, pour them over the cheese and then cover with small pieces of bread.
Step 3. Leave to cool in the fridge for at least three hours
Step 4. Heat the oil
Use a shallow skillet to heat the oil. Heat to high temperature.
Step 5. Carefully fry the cheese until the bread turns yellowish brown
Use tweezers to help loosen the bits of bread a little.
Step 6. Allow the cheese to cool on absorbent paper until it is edible
Step 7. Finished
Advice
- The bits of bread will stiffen into the cheese, which will keep better shape if you don't touch it too much as you fry it. Frying it with lots of oil is the easiest way to achieve this.
- You can also fry the cheese without the bread. Organic cheeses and products labeled "deep-frying cheeses" will do just fine. Paneer and White Cheese are Indian and Mexican varieties of organic cheeses that are great for this recipe.
- Make sure you let the cheese cool for at least three hours or it won't be able to cook properly.
- Try goat cheese topped with herbs. Cool the soft cheese before cutting it and then make into balls. Before cooling it, make a double layer of cheese.
