Garlic bread can be transformed into an appetizer, or a snack, really greedy and easy to prepare. It is a recipe of Anglo-Saxon derivation and, although tradition provides for the use of a French baguette, it can be prepared with any type of bread. Steps
Method 1 of 3: Version with butter
Step 1. Preheat the oven
Set it to a temperature of 175ºC.
Step 2. Make the garlic butter

- Chop the garlic finely or mash it with a garlic press and then pour it into the bowl.
- Add the parsley. Season with salt and pepper and mix to combine the ingredients.
Step 3. Cut and stuff
Take a cutting board and cut the bread diagonally, make slices about 2-3 cm thick, remember that you don't have to slice it completely you just have to cut it.
- With your hands create a space between the slices.
- Add a small amount of butter and spread it with a knife.
- Finally, spread the remaining butter on the surface of the baguette.
Step 4. Wrap the baguette in aluminum foil
Tear off a sufficiently large sheet of paper and place the bread in the center of the paper, wrap it carefully.
Close the ends by sealing them
Step 5. Cook
Place the baguette in the center of the oven and cook for about 10 minutes. Turn it upside down and cook for another 10 minutes, then remove it from the oven.
Step 6. Serve
Discard the bread.

Method 2 of 3: Version with oil
Step 1. Choose your favorite bread
Baguette is perfect for this preparation, but another bread with just the right amount of crumb can do just as well.
Step 2. Prepare the oil and garlic mixture
In a small bowl, mix the garlic oil, chopped or crushed, and then let them rest for a few minutes.
Step 3. Score the bread without slicing it completely
Spread the oil and garlic mixture over the slices with a brush.
