Steps
Step 1. Choose two pots of the correct size, the larger one should partially contain the smaller one, without allowing it to touch the bottom
Step 2. Pour the water into the larger pot, half full
Step 3. Place a metal ring on the bottom of the larger pot, make sure it is high enough and about 7-10cm wide
