Do you want to tidy up your underwear drawer? The neatly folded linen gives a feeling of freshness and is immediately ready to wear. While it may seem bulky at times, there is a way to fold it into rectangles so you can stack it without taking up too much space. This little effort will pay off with panties, briefs, boxers and thongs always in order.
Steps
Method 1 of 4: Fold the Panties
Step 1. Lay the panties down with the front side up
Place them on a flat work surface, such as a shelf or bed, so that the horse is facing you. Smooth out any creases with your hands.
Step 2. Fold the panties into three parts
Bring the left side towards the center, then the right over the left, as you would a business letter. Smooth out the creases.
Step 3. Bend the crotch up to the waistband
Make sure the edge of the crotch and the edge of the waistband are aligned, then smooth out the wrinkles.
Step 4. Flip the panties over so that the waistband is facing up
At this point you can put them back in the linen drawer
Method 2 of 4: Fold the thong
Step 1. Lay the thong with the front side up
Place it on a flat surface, such as a bed or laundry room counter. Straighten it and arrange it so the horse is facing you.
Step 2. Cross the sides of the waistband in the center
Fold the left side of the belt towards the center, then place the right side over it, so that the elastic is folded in three parts.
Step 3. Bend the crotch up to the waist
The bottom edge of the gusset should line up with the top of the waistband.
Step 4. Turn the thong so that the belt is facing up
Here is the thong folded and ready to be stored. By placing them in a box or small drawer, neatly stacked and with the crotch side down, you will always have your thongs tidy.
Method 3 of 4: Fold the Briefs
Step 1. Lay the panties with the front side up
Place them on a flat surface, such as a counter or bed. Have the horse face you and smooth out any creases with your hands.
Step 2. Fold the briefs into three parts
Bring the left side towards the center, then the right over the left as you would to fold a business letter into three parts. Smooth out wrinkles.
Step 3. Fold the crotch of the panty up to the waistband
The bottom edge of the gusset and the top of the waistband should be aligned. Smooth out the creases.
Step 4. Flip the panties with the waist side up
Folded up they are ready to be stored in your linen drawer.
Method 4 of 4: Fold the Boxers
Step 1. Lay the boxers down with the front side up
Place them on a flat surface, such as a countertop or bed. Arrange them so that the crotch is facing you and smooth the creases with your hands.
Step 2. Fold the boxers in half, left to right
Then you will need to fold the right half of the boxers to the left, so that the seams are aligned.
Step 3. Rotate the boxers horizontally
At this point the elastic of the waist will be on the left and the part of the groin on the right.
Step 4. Fold the top edge down
You will get a long rectangle.
Step 5. Fold the boxers from left to right
Bring the belt to the bottom edge and the underwear will be ready for storage.
