Steps
Part 1 of 2: Medicine Verified Tips for Pectoral Hair Growth
Step 1. Check your testosterone level
Go to your doctor to check that this is normal. Testosterone is closely related to hair loss. If you are low on testosterone, your pectoral hair will not grow. Too much, it is converted into DHT which shrinks the hair bulbs. Try to have a good testosterone balance; obviously, since there are no such tests in the pharmacy, consult a doctor.
- Exercise. Both weight loss and strength exercises increase the testosterone level in men. Go to the gym, hit the bench, and do some serious exercise. You will feel stronger and some hairs will begin to appear.
- Take testosterone supplements if your doctor has diagnosed you with a low level. Only take them if your doctor has prescribed them for you. If you have normal levels and are taking supplements, an enzyme will convert excess testosterone into a hormone that shrinks hair follicles. And that's not the best if you want to grow hair.
- Consult your doctor about estrogen inhibitors. Your doctor will know if taking these medications is right for you for pectoral hair growth.
Step 2. Never use steroids to stimulate hair growth
Anabolics seriously endanger your health. Since there are dozens, if not hundreds, of different anabolics, each with their own side effects and health risks, they are not a safe choice for promoting hair growth.
Part 2 of 2: (Unverified) Home Remedies for Pectoral Hair Growth
Step 1. Shave your chest
Trimming your hair (if you have any, it won't do any good if you don't) will help them get bigger (this is the reason girls wax and don't shave). Shaving cuts the hair at the root, where it is thickest; when they grow they keep the thicker diameter along their entire length.
Shave your chest every 2-4 weeks
Step 2. Apply miconazole cream (known as Daktarin)
In the morning, after a shower, massage your chest with this cream. It is believed to stimulate the growth of new hair even though it is not medically verified.
Attention: Miconazole is an antifungal cream used for infections of the foot and vagina. Use it with moderation and caution.
Step 3. Cut an onion in half and rub it on the breast
Follow a circular motion. When the surface of the onion is dry, cut off a layer of about 5mm and continue with the application. This action stimulates hair growth because onion contains sulfur, a mineral that has been recognized for this property.
It will be better not to use this technique during the day because it stinks. Then apply the onion in the evening before going to bed and shower in the morning
Step 4. Ask your male relatives about their pectoral hair
It might be embarrassing, but try asking someone you trust for their experience with it.
-
If your relatives want to know why you ask, you have two options:
- Tell the truth - talk about your attempts to gain hair and it may be that they reveal their secrets to you. There is nothing to worry about.
- Answer that you ask only out of pure curiosity.
Step 5. Be patient
Growth will likely begin only after a couple of weeks and will only be slightly visible after as many. Be patient and continue with the treatments. It may not seem real to you, but there are more important things than chest hair, so come on!
Step 6. Learn about the myths about hair growth
There are urban legends about hair growth and how to get a thick bush. Some of them have been proven completely false by science.
- Increase blood flow Not promotes hair growth. You may have heard that brushing your chest with a toothbrush increases the blood supply to the area and that this is supposed to stimulate hair growth. It is not scientifically true. Brushing your chest doesn't make you grow hair.
- Unclog the pores of the skin Not It will help you. Some say that clogged pores block the hair below the surface of the skin and that, therefore, it is enough to clear the pores. While doing a scrub to remove dead skin cells is good for the health of your skin, it does not stimulate hair growth.
