Steps
Step 1. Soak the Indian rice for about 3-4 minutes
Step 2. Wash it under running water and then drain it carefully
Step 3. Add turmeric powder and salt, mix with patience
Step 4. Cut the tomatoes, onions, potatoes and green chillies
Step 5. In a large skillet, heat the seed oil and sauté the peanuts and curry leaves
Step 6. Saute the potatoes in the pan, then add the onions and chilli
Salt the vegetables to taste.
Step 7. When the onions are golden brown, stir in the tomatoes
Mix and blend the ingredients.
Step 8. Now you can pour the rice mixture into the pan
