Are you tired of buying grape juice in the grocery store, which is full of preservatives and chemicals? Follow these simple steps to make grape juice from the comfort of your home.

Grape
Steps
Step 1. Remove the grapes from the bunch
Step 2. Wash the grapes
Place all the berries in a colander and wash them in hot water until all chemicals are removed.
Step 3. Chop the grapes
Use a potato grinder to squeeze the juice out.
-
An alternative to the potato grinder is to use a mixer. But make sure you don't turn the grapes into puree.
Step 4. Cook the grapes
Put the chopped grapes in a saucepan and cook them over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
-
If the grapes start to clump, chop them again using a wooden spoon or a potato grinder.
Step 5. Extract the juice
Pass the mixture through a fine magic colander and pour it into a container or directly into the glass.
-
An alternative to the colander is to use cheesecloth. Put the cheesecloth on top of the pot and pass the mixture through it (you may have to do this twice).
Step 6. Cool the juice
Remove the colander or cheesecloth and put the juice in the refrigerator so it can cool down. Otherwise you can put it directly in the glass and add some ice.
