Washing dark clothes properly can finally turn into an easy task if you keep in mind the rules listed in the article.
Steps
Step 1. In case of stains, treat the garment beforehand using soap or a pre-wash stain remover
Spread them on the stain and soak them into the fibers of the fabric using hot water and an old toothbrush.
Step 2. Turn the pre-treated garments inside out and add them to the other dark clothes
Step 3. Dark clothes should always, always, be washed in cold water
Not only will you prevent fabrics from shortening, you will ensure that dark colors last longer.
Step 4. If possible, use a mild detergent or detergent specifically designed for dark clothing (for example:
Lip Woolite MixNoir).
Step 5. Wash your clothes as usual, by hand or in the washing machine
Remember to wash dark fabrics separately from light ones.
Step 6. After washing, shake your clothes to get rid of excess water and hang them out in the air
If you wish, you can use a dehumidifier to speed up drying times.
Step 7. If necessary, use an adhesive roller to remove lint from fabrics
