Method 1 of 2: Refrigerator

There are many methods, but in this article we will show you mainly the one of cooling.
Step 2. Use a regular refrigerator
Generally most people have a refrigerator, and this is a great way to keep foods that would have a short shelf life if left warm for a few days.
Step 3. Store most foods in airtight containers to keep them fresh in the refrigerator, or for some types of fresh fruit and vegetables use the special “breathable” wrapping
Step 4. Freeze foods for long-term storage
You can keep meat and vegetables in airtight containers for up to a year without losing the quality of the food altogether.

All you will need is an ice bag and you can keep the food for as long as necessary. This is another method, but you could injure your fingers, depending on how the fridge keeps your food cold.
Method 2 of 2: Other Methods
Step 1. Another method you can use is “dehydration”
This method removes most of the moisture from certain foods to inhibit the growth of pathogens that spoil them. In some cultures it is customary to dry salted meat and fish hanging in the sun. Special dehydrators can be used to preserve fruit and some vegetables at their best.
Step 2. You can also try the “vacuum”, this option consists of removing the air by creating a vacuum or simply by squeezing a bag or jar tightly to minimize food decomposition
Step 3. Another method is to "smoke" the food, although it can be very dangerous
Smoking is usually done in smoking chambers, to minimize the danger. Smoking simply consists in keeping the fire at a safe distance under the food to allow the smoke to rise but not to cook the food, it heats and preserves it.

- When the food is burning, forget what you are doing and quickly remove it from the heat.
- Follow the warnings and don't think about money.
