Makeup is a fun tool for any woman's look, but if not used in the right way, the result can be a disaster. The final effect can be natural and feminine when applied correctly and in moderation.
Steps
Step 1. Apply a clear, water-based, yellow-based liquid foundation to the areas with spots
Step 2. Apply concealer to blemishes, fine lines, dark circles, or pimples
Use a green-based concealer for pimples, and a peach-based concealer for dark circles.
Step 3. Gently apply yellow-based light powder to the face with a large brush, focusing on the shiny areas
Step 4. Apply powder blush to your cheekbones, where you usually blush naturally
Use a pink shade for fair skin, and a peach shade for tanned skin.
Step 5. Apply a face highlight liquid to the top of the cheekbones and under the eyebrows with gentle strokes
Step 6. Apply neutral eyeshadow all over the eyelid
Use the recommended tones.
Step 7. Apply a slightly lighter eye shadow on the corner of the eye
Step 8. Apply a slightly darker eyeshadow on the crease of the eye
Step 9. Apply a light, brown or black eyeliner, depending on the color of your skin or hair, above the lash line, and in moderation under the eye
Keep the eyelid taut during application, the effect will be more natural.
Step 10. Apply two coats of lengthening or volumizing mascara - preferably with rubber bristles - on the upper lashes, and one layer on the lower ones
Step 11. Apply lip gloss or glossy lipstick
Use recommended colors.
Step 12. Finished
Advice
- Avoid using too much concealer or foundation, or your face will look like a cake.
- For a more casual weekend look, just follow steps 2, 4, 6, 10 and 11. Use bright tones and light touches.

- For a more gritty look, use stronger eye shadows and lipsticks and more intense mascara, or liquid eyeliner.
