Method 1 of 2: Salt Water Method
Step 1. Dissolve 1 tablespoon of fine salt in 240ml of warm water
Step 2. Use the solution to rinse your mouth several times
It will help you disinfect it and relieve the pain caused by canker sores.
Step 3. After performing the salt water rinses, apply a pinch of salt directly to the canker sores
Normally, this is a rather painful step, but one of the most effective in promoting rapid healing of ulcers.
Method 2 of 2: Aloe Vera and Bicarbonate Method
Step 1. Use aloe vera juice to rinse your mouth
Step 2. After rinsing, apply baking soda directly to the canker sores
This remedy is less painful than the previous one, but may result in slower healing.

- It is always advisable to start treatment immediately after noticing the first warning signs relating to the possible appearance of a canker sores.
- Don't bite the bladder, it will only aggravate the situation.
