- 60 ml of extra virgin olive oil

Method 1 of 4: Boiled Brussels sprouts
Step 1. Put the water to boil
Fill a large pot of water, put it on the stove, add a pinch of salt and wait for the water to boil.

Rinse them under cold running water and remove any yellow outer leaves.
