This article will teach you how to perform the tombstone piledriver, the Undertaker's finishing move in WWE.
Steps
Step 1. Using your weak hand, grab the opponent's shoulders or neck
Step 2. With the opposite hand, grab the opponent's leg opposite the shoulder you grabbed
Step 3. Lift your opponent by rotating your leg counterclockwise (if you are right) and upper body at the same time
Step 4. Once the opponent has been turned over, balance him on the shoulder of the dominant side so his head is facing in front of you
Step 5. Lower the opponent so that he is upside down, keeping his arms around his waist or hips (bring his head between the knees just above them, so that he does not touch the ground during the fall; in case on the contrary, you will risk paralysis of the victim)
Step 6. Drop to your knees making sure your opponent's head doesn't hit the ring
After making the move, cross your opponent's arms across your chest to perform the classic Undertaker pin.
Step 7. You can jump if you want to amplify the damage to the maximum
Advice
If you can't lift your opponent, train with weights. He also tries variations, for example by lifting the opponent who is on a support. Like the stake. Once you have mastered the move, try to execute it by skipping step 4
Warnings
- Try these moves only in a controlled environment. Remember that they are performed by trained professionals in safe environments with doctors ready to intervene.
- Be careful, there's a good chance you'll break the victim's neck if you don't perform the move correctly.
- Be extremely careful when trying to reproduce pro wrestling moves. Superstars are well trained fighters and stuntmen and they get injured too. Do not follow this guide if you do not have the training to do so or if you are not in perfect physical condition.
- To perform this move correctly, make sure your opponent is holding onto your body with his hands, that he is ready to receive the move, and that you have enough strength to hold him still during the fall and prevent his head from hitting the mat.
- Do not reproduce this move unless you are sure you can do it safely.
- Be extremely careful! This is NOT a true wrestling move, and this means that trying it in a fight will likely cause you to suffer defeat.
