This article explains how to make a delicious rice-based recipe. It is an easy dish to prepare, abundant and filling.
Steps
Step 1. Buy two different types of vegetables or greens from the greengrocer
Choose them according to your tastes and your budget. For example, you can opt for eggplant and onions.
Step 2. Buy 500g of your favorite meat
Strips or minced meat will work well.
Step 3. If you don't already have it, buy rice
Step 4. Purchase a pack of cooking nuts
Step 5. Heat cooking oil in a large saucepan (with a lid) over high heat
Step 6. Cut the meat and vegetables into small pieces
Cook them in boiling oil. Also add a chopped nut.
Step 7. Pour a glass of water into the pot and bring to a boil
Step 8. Add the required amount of rice (for example, 2 cups of rice yields about 8 servings)
Pour in some water for cooking (2 cups of rice requires 3 cups of water in total).
Step 9. Let it simmer for 15 minutes
Step 10. After about 15 minutes check that the risotto has not dried
If necessary, add another cup of water.
Step 11. Cook for another 15 minutes (cooking takes 30 minutes in total)
Step 12. Serve the rice

Advice
- Do not turn the heat too high, otherwise you risk burning the rice.
- Add some sambal sauce or chilli to spice it up.
