You can have breakfast with cereals even every day, as long as you choose the right type. There are many brands of cereals on sale such as Cheerios, Kellog's, Jordans, Nestlé and others such as Carrefour, Auchan, Coop, Conad. Unfortunately, most cereals have a high sugar content, in some cases even more than 40%. These sugary cereals are not suitable for everyone, in particular they are contraindicated for people with diabetes and children.

Step 1. Choose the type of cereal
There are many cereals of different brands and flavors on the market, some more nutritious than others. When choosing them, check the nutrition table on the package. Try to prefer whole grain cereals. If you don't have any dietary problems and want to choose something tasty, you just have to choose from the shelf. You could try Kellog's, Jordans or Grancereale with fruit, chocolate or honey. Many brands are made specifically for children, but adults also like them a lot.
Step 2. Pour the cereal into the bowl
Some people eat them straight out of the box, but this isn't the best way because you can't add fruit or milk. Be careful not to overdo the quantity, otherwise you won't have enough space to add more ingredients.
Step 3. Add the milk
While it's not actually strictly necessary, many people do. Adding milk is one way to improve the nutritional intake of grains. Instead of cow's milk, you can also use almond, soy, or rice milk. Some add chocolate-flavored milk, but this greatly increases the sugar content, calories, and even the chocolate flavor of your breakfast.
Step 4. Add fresh and dried fruit, as much as you like
Fresh or dried fruit provides a lot of nutrients. Some good options are bananas, strawberries, and berries.
Step 5. Eat your cereal
Usually a spoon is used to eat them, but you can also use what in English is called spork, that is a spoon-shaped tool in the part closest to the handle but with short prongs like a fork, often used even by children. Better not to use a fork, even if you eat your dry cereal. If you use chopsticks, you will need to tilt the bowl and bring it closer to your mouth, as is done for eating rice.
Step 6. Don't waste milk
Many people like to leave milk to drink after eating all the grains. Especially if you have added milk to chocolate cereal, the milk in the bottom of the cup will be very good.
