Are you having trouble remembering the video card you bought a few years ago and are too lazy to open the PC case? Are you curious about what technical specifications to look for when buying a new video card? Well, it is extremely easy to find the video card specification from the main computer screen. NOTE: This guide is valid for Windows XP, Windows Vista (home, business, 32/64-bit, Premium), as well as for Windows 7.
Steps
Step 1. On the desktop, in the taskbar, click the Start button or the Windows icon
A menu with different options will open.
Step 2. Look for the "Run" button, below the search bar
If you can't find it, type "run" in the search bar, then start the program.
Step 3. Once the Run program is started, a small window with a search bar will appear
Step 4. Type "dxdiag" without quotes and press Enter on your keyboard, or click OK
Step 5. A window with DirectX Diagnostic Tools will appear, with several tabs
Step 6. Click on the tab called "Display"
This will show you all the components related to your PC screen.
Step 7. In the "Display" tab you will find a section called "Device" which will show you all the technical specifications of your video card, including the installed drivers

There are several programs that can show the specifications of your video card. Look for them on the internet
