Some feel uncomfortable showering during gymnastics classes. Relax… it's easy to shower comfortably during your gym class. Here are some guidelines for making one under any circumstances.
Steps
Method 1 of 5: Direct Nude
Step 1. Simply step into the shower
Taking a shower after gym class is the most direct and healthy approach and will keep you out of trouble with the gym teacher. Other methods, while useful, can take valuable time just when time is running out before the next lesson.
Step 2. Bring your toiletries, towel and slippers
Of course you will need items to clean yourself in the shower, to protect your feet from fungus like athlete's foot, cosmetics, deodorant and a towel.
Step 3. Be confident
If someone has a problem showering naked, it's their problem, not yours. Actually, most of us aren't role models, but that's okay. Being able to stay naked in front of others can greatly help your self-confidence; avoiding it at all costs can create an unnecessary phobia.
Step 4. Take off your sweaty gym clothes or swimsuit and store them where they won't soil your clean clothes or make them damp
Step 5. Wear shower slippers, such as flip flops, to prevent foot infections
Step 6. Take the towel and wrap it around your torso (women) or waist (men)
Go to the shower area.
Step 7. Take off the towel if you have worn it
Alternative methods will only waste your time and make things difficult just when you have to rush to the next lesson.
Step 8. Wash your whole body
Step 9. Get out of the shower
Step 10. Dry off with a clean, dry towel
Wrap it around your body again if you like as you make your way to your locker or drawer.
Step 11. Put on the clothes you wore before gym class
Step 12. Close the locker
Theft is a problem in many schools. Make sure you have closed your clothes, shoes and everything else.
Step 13. Get polished
Remember the deodorant. Brush your hair. Women could reapply makeup.
Method 2 of 5: with the Shower Curtain
Step 1. If your school has single cubicles, but no doors, bring your own shower curtain and rings
There are many available in cheap stores.
Step 2. Pack your gym clothes in advance
Make sure you pack a towel and toiletries.
Step 3. When you take a shower, put the curtain up so that it covers from wall to wall
Step 4. Shower as fast as possible
Remember that there are other people who need to shower too. This will also shorten the feeling of discomfort, especially as it took you a long time to install and then remove your special shower curtain.
Method 3 of 5: with the swimsuit
Step 1. Pack your gym clothes the night before
Put on a towel, swimsuit, and a large plastic bag.
Step 2. Before taking a shower, go to the bathroom and put on your swimsuit
Step 3. Enter the shower with your bathing suit and wash as you normally would
You will be nice and clean without having to undress in the parts covered by the costume. However, repeat the shower at your home after school. Remember to do this, otherwise you could get skin infections.
Step 4. When you go out, take off your swimsuit and dry off in a booth or dressing room
Step 5. Place the costume in a towel and seal it in the plastic bag
This will avoid getting your duffel wet.
Step 6. When you get home, hang out or wash your towel and bathing suit
Damp things get very smelly if left in the duffel bag!
Method 4 of 5: Without Being Naked
Step 1. Don't undress completely - keep your underwear and t-shirt / bra
Step 2. Wash your armpits, neck and any other areas where you sweat
Soap is optional. Dry off with a towel or paper.
Step 3. Spray the areas of your body with a disinfectant, as the clothes you wore during the shower prevented cleaning in those areas and an infection could arise in no time
Step 4. Remember to wash yourself well at home

Advice
- Wear clean, dry clothes after your gym class, whether you shower or not. Avoid having the locker smell bad due to wet clothes. Remember that if you haven't washed, your body still smells bad and your clothes will smell bad too.
- Don't worry about being completely clean, you'll do it better at home!
- Avoid drowning yourself in cologne, or in perfumes instead of showering. Smelling of sweat and perfume isn't much better than smelling a little. Indeed, perspiration could amplify the smell of cologne or perfume to the point of attracting attention in a negative way and annoying others.
- Showering naked with others of the same sex doesn't make you homosexual.
- Be respectful and kind to others. Everyone feels a little vulnerable in front of others.
- You will feel better after the first time, just like you get used to anything else.
- Prevent athlete's foot and other infections. Wear clean socks, shoes, or flip flops. Shoes such as flip flops, sandals and clogs are good for the shower.
- If you are made fun of, harassed or abused in the shower, or outside, notify the teacher and / or school managers. You have a legal right to be treated with respect.
- The swimsuit method is the easiest. If you are wearing a bikini, the covered part is also cleaned through the fabric. If you don't succeed like this,
have faith. And remember, others probably feel the same way too, so respect the privacy of others.
