Method 1 of 3: Leave them to soak
Step 1. Pour 250ml of hot water over the seeds
First, place them in a bowl or container of your choice, then submerge them with hot, but not boiling, water. If the place where you live allows it, you can use either mineral water or tap water.

If you have resorted to fenugreek seeds to be able to lose lost more easily, it is best to consume them on an empty stomach as soon as you wake up in the morning. Eat them every day after leaving them to soak and drain to aid digestion and the loss of unwanted pounds. Generally the recommended daily dose is roughly equivalent to one cup.
Method 2 of 3: Eat the Sprouts
Step 1. Soak the seeds in 250ml of warm (not boiling) water
Leave them to soak until the following morning, then drain them by pouring them into a fine mesh colander.
Step 2. Wrap the seeds in a damp cloth
The best fabric is muslin, but alternatively cotton or linen can also work. Moisten the cloth with warm water before wrapping it around the seeds, then place the bundle in a place where it will not be disturbed.
Step 3. Wait 3-4 days for the seeds to germinate
Check them daily, after a couple of days you should notice that they are starting to sprout. On the third day you can use the seeds if they have fully germinated, otherwise wait another 12-24 hours. If you prefer, rinse them under water before eating them.

Step 4. Eat the sprouts alone or add them to the salad
If you want to use them to make it easier for you to lose weight, it's best to consume them on an empty stomach as soon as you wake up. If the idea of eating them alone doesn't appeal to you, you can add them to other fresh ingredients and make a salad for lunch.
Method 3 of 3: Incorporate Fenugreek to Your Diet
Step 1. Use fenugreek seed powder to flavor vegetables
You can grind the seeds using a grinder or food processor. Once you have reduced them to a fine powder, you can use them to flavor your favorite side dishes. Sprinkle the powder on the plate as you do with salt to add a note that is both sweet and bitter to the vegetables.

Step 2. Make a seed paste to add to curry dishes
