A steaming bowl of boiled beef and vegetables lights up tired eyes and reminds us of the day when the sun will melt the ice again. Canned beef is the basis for many meat dishes - you can combine it with anything you want. Here we have chosen cabbage, carrots, turnips, onions and potatoes. - 1 canned beef brisket.
- 1 pack (or small bottle) of roasting spice mix.
- 8-10 carrots, peeled and cut into 5 cm cubes.
- 8 medium-sized potatoes, quartered.
- 1 turnip cut into 1 cm pieces (don't be too picky).
- 8 onions 5 cm in diameter, peeled and halved lengthwise.
- 1 cabbage cut into eight parts.

Method 1 of 3: Boil the Beef

Step 1. Immerse the beef in a large pot filled with boiling water and let it boil for 5 hours before eating it, add all the spices
- If you can't find the spice mix, you can make it yourself. In gauze, tie four bay leaves, a tablespoon of coriander seeds, one of mustard seeds and one of black peppercorns and then add it to the boiling water.
- You can also add half a liter of Guinness beer to give the meat creaminess.

Step 2. Add enough water to completely cover the meat as it evaporates

Step 4. After 3 and a half hours of cooking add the carrots and turnip
After another 15 minutes, add the potatoes and onions. After another 15 minutes the cabbage.
Method 2 of 3: Cut the Beef

Step 1. With a ladle, remove the cabbage when it is tender and place the vegetables in a pan
