Unfortunately, in addition to being delicious and refreshing, Starbucks' Mocha Frappuccino is also very expensive. If you live hundreds of miles from the first available Starbucks, or if you want to save some money, make yourself a delicious homemade version using simple ingredients! Probably, it will not be entirely identical to the original one, but it will be cheap and able to deceive even the palates of some regular customers.
Ingrediants
- 1, 5 liters of good Dark Coffee (for 4 glasses)
- 100 g of Cocoa Powder, plus a small amount for decoration
- 480 ml of Skimmed Milk (slightly increase the dose for an excellent result)
- Ice cubes
Steps
Step 1. Prepare the dark coffee and pour half of it into the ice tray
Return it to the freezer to create the cubes.
Step 2. In a bowl, mix the remaining coffee with the cocoa and milk
Stir carefully to dissolve the cocoa. Cover it and place it in the refrigerator.
Step 3. When the ice cubes are ready, transfer them to a blender and chop coarsely
Alternatively, break them up with a pestle or rolling pin.
Step 4. Pour the crushed ice into 4 large glasses and add the coffee blend in equal proportions
Decorate with cocoa powder, add a straw and serve your Mocha Frappuccino.
Step 5. Finished
