Step 1. Blend the oat flakes and cinnamon
Pour the oat flakes into a bowl and add the cinnamon.
Step 2. Cover the flakes with water
Pour 250 ml of water over the oat flakes and let them soak for about 20-25 minutes.
- It is normal for oat flakes to absorb water.
- The oat flakes will become spongy.
Step 3. Blend the rolled oats
Add the wet rolled oats and cinnamon to the blender. Add the vanilla essence, water and evaporated milk. Blend everything until you get a liquid and uniform consistency.
