Each class has its own clown. So why can't you be? If you have the natural ability to be funny, you could become the funniest person in the whole school. By working a little on the comedic timing and jokes you could make people fall on the floor laughing, making them forget that it's another boring school day.

Part 1 of 3: Understanding How Humor Works
Step 1. Know your audience
To be the most fun in school, you need to know what it is that your classmates find funny. Listen to them and try to pay attention to what makes them laugh. Do they burst out laughing when you make fun of the teachers? When are you kidding yourself? What do you think of physical humor? Or do they prefer jokes that refer to television series, comedy or popular culture?
- And even within your group of friends, different people may find different things fun. Try to take note of each one, so as to get closer to the taste of your friends. What are the differences?
- Find a way to involve teachers as well. If you are assigned the task of writing a variant of Dante's famous speech "amor che niente amato amar forgives", and when you are asked to present your assignment you recite the text of Jovanotti's Serenata Rap, you could unleash the hilarity of some teacher. What about the others? Not so much.
Step 2. Learn the basics of humor
It turns out that all humans are more or less similar in this respect. There are situations that are and always will be fun:
- Pain. If you've ever seen even a cartoon, you know this concept. Think Wile Coyote and Beep Beep. Garfield. Bugs Bunny. Baby mouse. They are all characters who use this technique.
- The unexpected. It's only when we don't expect something to happen that it has the potential to become anything: surprise, fear, comedy, you choose. Take a normal situation and make it out of the ordinary. Are there clouds outside? Put on your sunglasses. Nobody laughs at your joke? You laugh out loud! Are you trying to hide? Step 3. Pay attention to the timing

Part 2 of 3: Developing Your Skills
Step 1. Earn a reputation
When people trust that you are the clown of the class, making jokes becomes a lot easier. They will practically be ready to laugh at whatever you say (and you will have the confidence that they will). So try to start feeding your comedy, give jokes to the right, left and center. Step 5. Don't take yourself too seriously
At the end of the day, you need to be relaxed and take your humor lightly. If you feel nervous because you think people find you funny (or they don't find you funny, that will be the only thing they will feel, your great jokes will go unnoticed. Step 1. Aim to be lively and vital
Even the best jokes can be weak if you don't say them and really believe they are funny. If you put on a few well-aimed jabs along with the joke or make a face so expressive that it makes her laugh, you'll be much more fun. Whatever you say, say it with your whole body!

- Much of the sarcasm lies in the tone of the voice. This method can work too, you just have to determine if you need to let them understand it or wait for them to figure it out for themselves.
Step 5. Observe carefully
Being constantly funny (because you want to be constantly, don't you?) Means being alert and ready to throw a joke. Let's say a friend of yours walks into the classroom and sits down.
